Duvel is considered the benchmark among Belgian Specialty Beers. Its bouquet is lively and fruity on the nose, with a citrus note tending towards grapefruit, thanks to the use of noble and exclusive hops. This is also found in the taste, well-balanced and with a light spicy note. Thanks to the high CO2 content, the beer has an enveloping roundness on the palate and a velvety body. Duvel is a beer that lends itself to being enjoyed alone, but also as an accompaniment to aperitifs, meat dishes, fish or mature cheeses.

Bloemenbier is a beer with a distinctly sweet and floral profile. It is produced by De Proef using two different types of flowers (bloemen in Flemish) in the recipe that are jealously kept secret. The white head of foam disappears quite quickly and reveals the deep golden color of the beer. On the nose, malty notes (honey, caramel, bread crust) and floral notes prevail. In the mouth, it immediately strikes for the distinct sweetness that distinguishes its drinking.

One of the few beers that can boast of having received the nomination for the “Best Beer in the World” competition and having won a gold medal during the World Championships. The peculiarity of Delirium Tremens is that it is produced using 3 different types of hops that make this beer particularly spicy. On the palate it offers sharp peaks of bitterness, presents multiple fruity and yeast nuances. Fantastic aroma, as soon as you open the bottle an excellent, but delicate, fruity scent spreads. While this drink is poured you notice an amazing malty scent. Very balanced and full-flavored. It ends with an amazing bitter and peppery tone.

100% natural beer produced with wheat, oats and barley. It is brewed with modern techniques following a recipe from the Carmelite monks of Dendermonde that dates back to 1679. With an opalescent golden color, it forms a generous hat of fine, creamy and very persistent white foam. On the nose, an intensely malty aroma emerges predominantly and a beautiful bouquet with fruity hints (banana, peach, apricot, melon and red apple), citrus (orange peel), aromatic herbs, spices (white pepper, ginger, cloves and coriander) and vanilla. Medium body, fairly high carbonation. Sweet in the mouth, with malt, honey and fruit (especially banana) in evidence, it still manages to be very dry, giving a pleasant sweetish finish where a light note of toasted malt emerges and a sour finish like banana and unripe peach.

Rochefort 10° is a Trappist beer created shortly before the 1950s. It is the most alcoholic of the beers of the Rochefort Abbey and is also the richest. Sometimes called “Meraviglia”, it has a brown color with mahogany highlights. It has a clear appearance, although it rests on a bed of yeasts. It is topped by a fleeting beige head, crossed by a relatively saturated effervescence. The nose and mouth reveal a noteworthy liquorish and caramelized intensity. The flavor is soft at first and then increases in intensity and offers a broad, spicy, slightly acrid and acidic mouth. Fruity notes of ripe plum and cocoa complete the tasting. The bitterness remains limited, leaving room instead for malty and fruity flavors.

More info
Saison Dupont is a top-fermented beer, refermented in the bottle. As early as 1844, this beer was produced every winter in the brewery. It was then fermented again for several months in wooden barrels and served to quench the thirst of farmers who, with the rise in temperatures, began to work in the cultivated fields. Today considered "the classic of Belgian Saisons", this beer represents an important pillar in the history of beer styles. A copper-blond beer, with aromas of fine hops, with a very pronounced bitterness, dry and very thirst-quenching as it was originally. The selection of yeasts gives it a distinctive aroma and taste. The true refermentation in the bottle, which can last a long time in the cellar, results in a complex and very aromatic beer. In short, a MUST.

It is nothing other than a Valdobbiade DOCG composed of the Glera, Bianchetta and Perera vines, which has a light straw yellow color, fine, abundant and persistent perlage, with creamy foam. The aromas evoke spring blooms of hawthorn and acacia, gentle citrus fruits and a hint of fine spices.

Quota Dry Gin was born from the idea of enhancing the herbs of our beautiful Alta Valtellina. The project begins during the Lockdown 2020 when from the balconies we began to see the spring flower meadows, including the yellow of the dandelion in the first place... Thus the idea was born of creating a product that is not the usual bitter using the herbs collected ; the "Quota" project thus had the first foundations. Gin was immediately chosen, a fashionable product, the distillate loved by most and easy to mix; With a professional botanist we picked the herbs by hand, thus outlining one of the fundamental principles of the product as well as the protection of the flora. We distilled lots of 500 ml at a time countless times until we had the first half liter of "Quota dry gin" guaranteeing the high quality of the final product. In August 2022 "Quota dry gin" finally came to life by creating the topographic label and the definitive bottle. With its 36 herbs gathered in this way between the Stelvio Park and the area surrounding the Cancano lakes, it will surprise you with its complexity, its softness, and the aroma released by the mix of hand-picked herbs. The Keesmann brewery is based in a building in the Wunderburg district of Bamberg in northern Franconia. This very brewery (together with the Mahrs brewery which is located a few steps away) has characterized this area of the city since 1867. In that year Georg Keesmann, a butcher, thought of putting to good use the master brewer's diploma he had just acquired at the age of 51 . He then expanded the meat processing business and the adjoining restaurant, with a new brewery. The current brewery business is run by the fifth generation of the founder's descendants, headed by Elisabeth Keesmann. Production techniques have changed over the centuries, but the recipes and dedication to quality raw materials of regional origin are the same as they once were. Here, we offer you "Hell", a blonde beer with a golden yellow color that immediately enchants with its visual appearance, its white and thin foam, anticipating the sensorial pleasures that this beer is able to offer. The first olfactory impression in fact shows hints of malt and light cereals, enriched by floral notes, this combination offers a soft welcome on the palate, a promise that is fully kept at the first sip. In the mouth, Hell Beer expresses its personality in all its fullness, the medium consistency envelops the palate in a dance of malty flavours, balanced by a light note of cereals and honey. Despite its intense flavour, Hell Beer is never cloying, thanks to its dry finish that cleans the palate and invites you to take another sip. Company beer, easy to drink, which lends itself well to many of our dishes.

The best known of Mahr's productions remains the Ungespundet, an unfiltered, and therefore cloudy, kellerbier, better known as "aU". Its color is between amber and opaque copper, with some gold reflections, while on the nose it is elegant and clean in its simplicity: chamomile, bread crust, herbaceous and honey hints. The body is between medium and light, with the smoothness and ease of drinking typical of the best German tradition. In such a simple, almost naked beer, there are no loopholes or tricks to resort to: the smallest error immediately comes to light. Cleanliness, balance and fragrance must be the fundamental pillars and this U is an example of all this: there is a beautiful freshness of the malts, with the flavor of freshly baked bread, cereals, biscuits and honey, to compose a delicate sweetness that is then balanced in the finish by a barely noticeable bitter note (toasted bread).

It owes its name to the patron saint of Milan Sant'Ambrogio, in its own dialect Sant'Ambroeus, elected Bishop of Milan on 7 December of the year 334. It is a historic beer of the brewery, a symbol above all among the patrons of the clubs in the district of Lambrate. Characterized by a delicate base of pils malt and a light American hops of Summit and Citra, "Santa" is a golden ale with a good alcohol content but easy to drink. The nose has intriguing hints of citrus, yellow-fleshed fruit and flowers. In the mouth an elegant fruitiness is released in a constant balance between the sweet taste of the malt and a delicate bitterness of the hops.

Guinness Draught is characterized by its intense and complex aroma, which recalls dark fruits such as cherries and raisins, combined with toasted notes of cocoa, chocolate and coffee. In addition, it is possible to perceive a slight acidity and nuances of vanilla, on the palate, Guinness Draught reveals a light body and a slight sweetness, balanced by rather pronounced bitter hops. The toasted and slightly astringent character, combined with fruity notes, makes this beer an unforgettable tasting experience.
